It is a condition of this guarantee that a licensed veterinarian perform a complete physical examination within 48 hours of arrival in the home. Failure to have an examination performed within the time period will render this guarantee null and void.

Hereditary Conditions-- are covered for up to 1 year of age for any hereditary condition that affects the general health and day-to-day life of the pet excluding the exceptions that are covered separately under this limited liability guarantee specifically described within . If a Hereditary Condition is deemed valid Palm Beach Puppies will issue a credit up to the purchase price of the puppy. First symptom phone, fax notification applies!

Canine Parvovirus and Distemper Virus--up to 14 days after arrival date. Reasonable veterinary expenses will be considered. First symptom phone, fax notification applies!

Fungal Infections/Ringworm-- up to 14 days after arrival date. Reasonable veterinary expenses will be considered. First symptom phone, fax notification applies!

Monorchid/Cryptorchid Puppies--This condition must be diagnosed during the initial veterinary examination since it is the policy of Palm Beach Puppies not to ship any puppy with this condition. Reasonable veterinary expenses will be benefited for the neutering procedure. First symptom phone, fax notification applies

Hernia Repairs--This condition must be diagnosed during the initial veterinary examination since it is the policy of Palm Beach Puppies to repair any puppy with this condition prior to shipment. Reasonable veterinary expenses will be benefited for the repair. First symptom fax notification applies

Stenotic Nares--This condition must be diagnosed during the initial veterinary examination since it is the policy of Palm Beach Puppies not to ship any puppy with this condition. Reasonable veterinary expenses will be benefited for the procedure. First symptom phone, fax notification applies!

Entropion and Cherry Eye--are covered for 14 days after arrival to the Kennel with reasonable veterinary expenses allowable per eye. First symptom phone, fax notification applies! Deafness--this condition is covered for 14 days after arrival at the Kennel. First symptom phone, fax notification applies!

Hygromas--This condition is not covered under this guarantee since it is almost always the result of large and giant breed dogs with inadequate padding with respect to the dog's bedding

Heart Murmurs--All heart murmurs should be diagnosed during the initial veterinary examination, since it is the policy of Palm Beach Puppies not to ship any puppies with this condition. Heart murmurs can occur for many reasons that are never of any consequence to the pet or the pet's quality of life. Any other heart murmur that is diagnosed after the initial veterinary examination must be affecting the day-to-day life of the pet and require daily medication to qualify for the guarantee.

Behavior Problems--These problems are extremely complex in nature with many factors influencing the overall behavior of the pet. The main influencer of behavior is the home environment and the owner's. Due to all these factors, puppies will not be covered.

Shipping costs are NOT covered by any warranties and these fees are NOT refundable nor negotiable. It is understood that if the buyer can't come to pick up the puppy and needs this service, buyer agrees to pay for all shipping costs at the buyer's expense.

Any condition (i.e. hip dysplasia) must be affecting the pet's day-to-day quality of life to be eligible for credit. If it is not affecting the quality of life, the condition will be noted; and should that change, a credit may be issued at that time.

In the event of any litigation in connection with this Guarantee, the purchaser will pay Palm Beach Puppies reasonable attorney fees. Venue and jurisdiction for litigation arising out of or related to this contract shall lie exclusively in Palm Beach County, Florida Implied Warranties: The Seller disclaims any and all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness.

The health guarantee should not be confused with a health insurance, seller is not responsible for any and all veterinarian expenses accumulated on treatments, hospitalizations, returned or replaced dog or puppy. These includes shots, accessories, food, etc. The warranty only covers the puppy itself by replacing your puppy. If such puppy becomes sick, the buyer is 100% responsible to treat the puppy at the buyer's budgetility and fitness unless specifically described within this Limited Liability Guarantee

The seller will not accept any returns of the pet, including but not limited to allergy, Landlord/Tenant, marital, or adjustment problems, etc.

The customer is aware that all special orders are placed and that once that Special order puppy is purchased on your behalf there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Palm beach Puppies at no time will offer a cash refund but may in our own discretion replace your special order puppy with another puppy. We advise the customer to make certain that the puppy that they choose is the puppy that they want.The customer is aware of our store policy and acknowledges and accepts our terms and conditions.
